Getting into your home

If you’ve given us specific instructions, like leaving a key or giving us an entry code, please make sure that you’ve made these arrangements before you leave for the day.

If your pets get nervous around strangers please make sure to put them up prior to your Cleaning Professional arriving.

Your Cleaning Professional will use their best judgment when moving aside clutter in order to clean, however, if there are sensitive items that you would prefer them not touch please make sure to move these items before they arrive.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Need to change the time or day of your appointment? No problem, just text us at
508-BRO-OMLY (508-276-6659).

Reschedule Policy:

  • We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance.
  • For visits rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, we do charge a small $25 reschedule fee.
  • For visits canceled less than 1 hour before the cleaning, we charge 50% of the total service price.
  • If the cleaner arrives and is unable to service the home, we charge the full-service price.

Finally, we offer steep discounts to our recurring customers; if you’re signed up for recurring service but only end up receiving service once or do not maintain the recurring frequency you’ll simply be billed at our one-time rate for the service done.
